    Exactly right.

    Most of the time, large companies prefer one distributor for their products (or a few disties). One bill to pay, one relationship, one group to ask for help, etc.
    Any company that went to Ingram previously now need to go to Dicker Data. And given the training and knowledge required to use a different software provider (not Autodesk), it's far more likely companies will switch distributors.

    With that, they will likely move a chunk of their business to keep one bill.

    It's not guaranteed, but does give DDR a pathway to upsell a customer. And not just on licensing, but also on Azure hosting, peripherals, PCs, servers/network components, etc.
