I assume that the non-exclusive agreement allows AutoDesk to utilise another distributers service whilst not needing to cancel their agreement with DRR if within the 3 year period. Whilst they only have 1 agreement in place in ANZ, this may change due to the terms of the agreement.
These are quite common for licencing companies.
