Any company that went to Ingram previously now need to go to Dicker Data. And given the training and knowledge required to use a different software provider (not Autodesk), it's far more likely companies will switch distributors.

With that, they will likely move a chunk of their business to keep one bill.

It's not guaranteed, but does give DDR a pathway to upsell a customer. And not just on licensing, but also on Azure hosting, peripherals, PCs, servers/network components, etc.

very unlikely, most resellers would not just go to 1 single distributor, most vendors wouldn't allow 1 single distributor dominating the market either
