Good trading last few days.
Div to be announced soon and ex-div soon too so expect a retrace, but 1/2 year results will follow thereafter and will support share price and with an expected good result and improved outlook.
Fund managers will begin looking at DDR more closely too I feel given increase in market cap to $500m and solid past performance and outlook.
