My understanding is that DDR are using their debt facilities to cover initial costs (acquisition, approvals), but have not outlined how they'll finance the building.
It could be debt-funded. Or perhaps a 1 for 10 rights issue.
Dividends are paid out at 100% of profits, and so I dont expect dividend growth over the build-out period. Dont think they'll be cut to fund the building either.
