Thanks eternalgrowth, I feel a little better now, although at the end of the day I never get too stressed about how to 'precisely' calculate any of these analyst numbers, as they are all based on (sometimes) wild assumptions. Better to be approximately correct than precisely wrong!
But I certainly agree that a reliable yield of about 10% grossed-up is well worth investing in, which is why DDR has formed a core part of my portfolio for some time now. Speaking personally, I still rate this stock as a buy until it hits about $2.20 - $2.30 (depending on timing of course), but if it hit that level in the next few weeks I'd be changing my sentiment to hold. I'd also be very happy about that
