Debt is planned to reduce as noted in the interim results
"Approximately $20 million is to be applied towards working capital to provide the Company with increasedbalance sheet flexibility. Dicker Data’s net debt to last twelve months EBITDA multiple is expected to reducefrom 2.0x to 1.7x following the Placement."

For fun I have just done some layman's calculations and allowing for the 70% warehouse expansion being fully operational and bringing in a full years profits but only at 75% utilization by the end FY24. I conservatively estimate net profit being in the order of $0.667/share.
