@eternalgrowth can I ask of your opinion of DDR at its current levels?
I notice you are (were?) a holder and know you are very thorough with your due diligence and appear to take a long term approach. DDR has been on my radar for a little while but I was distracted with a few other opportunities.
There would not appear to be any company or material information to explain why DDR is trading below what it was 12 months ago when sales and profit are still growing. I note that growth has slowed somewhat, but the further the price falls the greater the div yield so I assume it will find an equilibrium somewhere.
