Although I'm not eternal growth I thought I would give you my opinion.
(1) Agree that there has not been any material information of note except for the achievement of $1bn of sales (as per forecast)
(2) Sales and profit appear to be still growing (sales for sure, profit tba, but based on divs received this year all appears OK)
(3) price has been under pressure for some time, there appears to be a large holder exiting the market. I have bought a few on dips over the past couple of months and the orders are more or less instantly fulfilled.

There are a few outside influences which may be spooking the market - China slowdown, tornado in Kurnell, Dick Smith administration, rise in interest rates etc. None appear to have had any influence (certainly none announced) on DDR to date.

I continue to hold and top up on dips. Expecting about 15c earnings and 13c dividends for the current year. No reason to expect any less next year either.

I'm not looking to ramp the stock, but I feel the only rational explanation for the current SP is the downward pressure exerted by one (possibly two) shareholders exiting. Maybe even eternal growth, who knows, everyone has their own reasons for buying and selling.

I would also add that even though the SP has not (net) moved in the last 12 months, there have been 12.2c of fully franked dividends declared, which is still a reasonable return.

Of course I could be wrong, there may be something out there which I am not aware of. Please continue to do your own research.
