Thanks @6186mark I picked up a parcel today near open as it looks interesting and I assume its just someone offloading that is depressing the share price.
As you mention the yield based on previous figures is very good and I see nothing to indicate that this would be dropping so suspect it will provide a floor to the decline at some point.
Regardless will plonk it in the medium to long term box for now and see how it goes
