Yes, it's intriguing, isn't it. I hadn't thought of DSH as being a "competitor" but I am thinking that maybe DSH had a distribution arm somewhere in the chain. I also think DSH NZ was profitable in its own right. DDR or indeed Fiona Brown could certainly buy parts of DSH without a stretch, I don't even think they'd need a Cap Raising.
One thing I am pretty certain of, though, is that Fiona Brown is a smart cookie and won't do anything stupid to herself or to her rather large holding in DDR.
