He seems fed up, tired and lacks energy. His overall demeaner not surprisingly reflects the share price. They need some one new at the helm - a burnt out CEO does nothing for over all company culture - great assets but if this is his demeaner delivering a presentation in a public forum, I'd hate to see behind closed doors !!! just an observation - they need to bring back their dividend as well to get some big new investors back on board whilst everything else is being worked on.
