Its different for everybody, but IMO the board does not do the SP any favors. It just bobs up & down with the Mn price (page 7). Since Tshipi always makes a profit they should put a floor under it like a 'guaranteed' dividend of 1.5c annually. And if NET cash > $ xx than an extra 0,5c on top of it. Like Barrick Gold does it.
Gives investors the reassurance they need and plays into the strength of the long life Tshipi operation.... Just my thoughts.
