It seems that value doesn't include Q4 results as net profit would be circa $29mill if it did, based on the latest quarterly report.
NPAT for Tshipi at 100% (JMS having 49% stake) from the Q4 report. Note Q2 & Q1 ("last 6 months") adding up to 10mill NPAT at 49% stake
Can see this in a later slide as well where it clarifies it's the first half of the FY
Is odd that they would not want to advertise the latest QoQ growth in that first slide considering how increased it is
