the 580km NGI pipeline kicked off In MAY this year and expected to be complete somewhere in 2023 so around 12 months build time, the original target was March
TMTs pipeline will be a spur around the third of the distance so could prob be built in 6 months. allow 18 months for EPA approval which is no where near the EPA process to build a mine considering you are just running a pipeline.
I'd say pipeline will be built around the time AVL get EPA approval for the process plant maybe late 2024 or early 2025. by then they might decide to move back to the mine site and redo there DFS
