AVL is heading back to 3 cents when the neighbors announce tomorrow they are moving to tender for long lead items and a FID by years end.
There simply is not room for more than one new major vanadium mine in the next 5 years, and AVL are 12-18 months behind neighbors in enviro approvals.
Be flexible in your thinking, adapt to new information and don't be left holding the bag here IMO.
