was not referring to BC8 in particular , was referring to the mining industry in general , compare that to the tech sector where there is a profusion of young woman on the Board of directors ie 2 or more woman on a board in over 34% of companies
This year D&D conference only had 2 woman MDs presenting , both doing great work , so not a matter of capability .
In comparison it was evident Several of the older gents presenting were well past their use by date it was pathetic to watch and yes should have been in a condo on the GC retired .
PS one of those old gents at D&D is running a mining company literally into the ground , and no one has the guts to call him out and replace him
