Yep agree 100klm is not prohibitive, especially if you can haul quads.
My personal opinion and preference would be to have both plants running, and as close to name plate as supply allows. So in that respect it would be preferable to put some money into upgrades at Hera to at least recover copper as a separate concentrate.
Ideally three separate concs plus gold / silver credits.
Two plants and crews allow flexibility in production / maintenance schedules that would make many miners green with envy.
They are the two central hubs in managements current "hub and spokes" model.
