Usually they commission a couple of brokers/investment bankers to do the buy back. NMT will issue a form similar to a terms of reference as part of the broker agreement and then NMT will just concentrate on their own business. I'm surprised the buy back hasn't started already. However, NMT will be taking advice about when to commence as part of the whole package.

When the buyback commences NMT will be required to regularly announce the progress of the buyback. That is........ how many shares were acquired over a set period and confirm that the shares have been cancelled from the capital structure.
