I won't say we can't go sub 5 cents because I cannot see around corners but I would like to think we are in a safe buy zone?

If/when we break into 6-7 cents range you want to let me know the sky is falling again I'll be happy to listen and ignore the warning again

I'm sure you are having fun and I'm wondering if you have any valid points on why Avb should drop sub 4 or 5 cents?
