    A positive for the day is we got our best volume for ages!
    Hippy has filled us in on most of the negatives (again).

    I'm still waiting for the spark and even though bumping along the bottom suxs I'm not unhappy with where the company is at.

    With so many shares on issue for Avb 5 odd million in trade for the day is nothing?
