Yeah management have been saying it for a while they are looking for a 3rd production hub and will undoubtedly use that to facilitate any TO.... but merely having the facility available doesn't explain a ~9% in your share price on a day when your peers are flat to slightly red.
Today's drop does feel a bit smelly to me..... especially with D&D being on right now.... should know in a few days or so.
