But here is the kicker, I am giving an estimated guess of spending around 400 million to make this happen (KOTH Project completed within budget of $226 million and RED esimate they would need 40% xtra if they did it now) ??? in these slow times, with everything hindered by supply/person power restrants and high inflation.
If they got the go ahead today, allow 4 years, 2026 to production and no dividend.
So I consider $1.00 to be a fair price for RMS, hence I will not be buying back at the moment.
