I'm concerned that the next announcement won't likely come until early September 2023, which might test the patience of skittish investors. Even though the fundamentals remain unchanged, we know that retail investors can be unpredictable. Additionally, large holders often take advantage of these pullbacks, which can exacerbate market volatility. The news out of China and USA only adds to this fear,
