Also on the POSCO JV - even though Ken did allude to the fact the delay in announcing the JV was due to POSCO (think he cited illness in the team), could it be because he was waiting to hit the ball out of the park re: recent auction. Effectively forcing POSCO's hand in re-evaluating any formula/metrics the deal was based off? Time will tell.
