Market sensitive is strict but still has some leeway. I havent looked at it closely enough but I think this is new, 5 individual groups bid≥US$1,100/dmt FOB.
Which mean on the day of the auction if PLS had four time more spod, they could have sold it all for near $1,100 FOB.
This opens up an intriguing opportunity for PLS to facilitate other miners spod too. Say GXY or ORE had spare spod would they consider using BMX for a fee.
Also if I was PLS I would side on caution, with any annoucement.
