"If you want "Dividends"... ; Sell a few shares ♂️"
That about as dumb a statement as I have ever seen. Sure, selling share brings income, BUT it also reduces your share holding. Obviously better to pay a fully franked dividend which provides income but also allows holders to use a "share reinvestment plan" or simply buy new shares with the dividend if they want that greater investment but don't need the dividend.
Likely we have a management that understands the needs of shareholders!!
