    1/8/2017 (comments on the thread below were being made before the RED acquisition, it was obvious even at that stage that there were real shut down costs that came along with those tenement packages so driling success was always going to be crucial element of that purchase. As mentioned in the post below, RMS would have had more capability to make a purchase like that work. We don't know if RMS was in the mix for those properties but if they were they didn't offer enough money [smart] or they shied away)
