NST is traded at 20-40 times forward EPS (depending on whether you take 2023 or 2024 forecast). I understand that Okvau has a 7-year mine life but the resource is extending and a couple of other promising projects are being developed too. Yet 1.4 B AUD (of market cap) is just 10 times forward EPS.
This can easily double from here in a few years time (conservatively speaking).
