Absolutely concur with your Chinese assessment as safety has not been in the forefront when it comes to transportation at any level.The 10% manipulation and weakening of the Yuan appears to be in direct response to the 10% tariffs by the US. China will only be able to do this level of trade adjustment for so long until the Chinese economy suffers greatly.
