How many shares does MW have? Is he putting his money behind this? Commitment? Banks own RED. And koth is not in the bag just yet. People talk like it's a sure thing. Be aware that shambolic companies will stuff up everything - so it's not just down to the POG. My guess is they'll need more money for koth or general working capital, especially if POG takes a dip. I note the interest on the loan is BBSY + a margin under 4% from memory. Therefore interest rates are another risk. Mandatory hedging too - the fun continues. Total shambles.
Deflation is a risk for gold too - so now is not the time to own high cost or high risk producers despite all the commentary about the FED.
