That appeal against the Environmental approvals is now with the appeals convenor.

The assessment report is progressing through the appeals process, with one appeal lodged.
The Office of the Appeals Convenor (OAC) is assessing the merits of the appeal and has been given feedback from AVL and presumably also from the EPA.
The website for that office says this is a final stage in EPA process.
“Our role is to investigate appeals efficiently and effectively.
This includes actively seeking opportunities to resolve issues in dispute through agreement.
If the matters in dispute cannot be resolved by consent, we report to the Minister for Environment, whose decision is final and without appeal.
The OAC will complete assessment of the appeal and provide a report to the Minister for consideration…”

……. Which I guess is a positive for all those partners with whom the multiple discussions are being conducted?
