It would be nice if Amanda Lacaze from rare earths producer, Lynas, stopped by the AVL booth.

The West reported;

..”At a media conference following her presentation at the Diggers & Dealers forum in Kalgoorlie on Monday Amanda Lacaze said there was one thing at the top of her government wish-list.​

“What do I lie awake in bed at night dreaming about? Uninterruptible power, and plenty of it at low costs, at low prices in Kalgoorlie, absolute top of my list,” the Lynas CEO said.​

“For us to be able to do more with the facility that we have already built here, we need power, and we need low cost power.”​

Kalgoorlie, and the broader Goldfields region, experienced extended power blackouts earlier this year. Lynas has $780 million a cracking and leaching plant near the Kalgoorlie townsite.”​
