I did a bit of digging re the Maloney’s as they effectively control the ability of PNR to rebuff or approve a hostile takeover. They are the parties behind Tulla and effectively controlled the Norseman Goldfield for over 15 years and accepted both the Pantoro bid for 50% and approved the Merger last year. They currently sit on approx 17% holding (I didn’t check). The interview is of Kevin Maloney in Nov 2023, the founder of Tulla. Interesting character and bottom line for me is that I am feeling a bit more comfortable that they won’t let PNR go cheap, my guess is min of 20cps. The Tulla wealth came from their sale of MAC Services for I understand to be a price of $340M. Enjoy
