my way of thinking is you probably want to receive the mining licences on ellendale and sort out any other issues before raising, that way you can move the diamond projects forward together.
Hopefully the gold drilling program pays off and the company can do a large raise @ much higher SP to fund future gold exploration while also beginning trial mining at botb Blina and Ellendale...
Raise once, raise big, raise enough...
