Oh dear, the dismal lot of the minor shareholder. It is a pity that you have not had experience in IT engineering, product development and manufacturing or project management as that would be more relevant especially in start-ups. Fred seems to be doing exactly what you advocate i.e. making sure the product is ready before releasing it. As the controlling stock holder, he has the luxury, to a large extent, of being able to do this without having to rush the process or be unduly influenced by the uniformed or uneducated demands of other shareholders. He is in the driving seat and has access to information that we would all love share but is probably best we do not until a product is ready, or almost, for market. However, I am sure that Fred, who has a lot more time and money invested in AKP than any of us, is intent in maximising the return that AKP will produce. If you do not believe that, you should be out of this stock.
