    Well, this is the reasonably detailed information I was waiting for. Reasons for the delay in Ph4 are now pretty clear, and Fred believes the production quality issue can be resolved. 'Massive engineering' effort does imply sig additional costs.
    The US NASDAQ listing should be a big positive when there is good news....
