It does interest me how the small volumes could theoretically be manipulated up and down quite easily for the benefit of various traders, based solely on the tone and minimal content of these short ASX updates.

All we know is the wafers are working, but not yet at a commercially viable level. To get the timing right on this type of investment is notoriously difficult. All we can really do is take comfort in how much skin the Top 5 have in the game and decide whether to set and forget, or take small profits when the opportunity arises.
