Given the nature of this development there should be a much more detailed and scientific explanation
" Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily suspend the next steps ofacoustic testing when a rare system glitch in the prober resulted in the destruction of thewafer. " A rare systems glitch - what was the glitch was it in software or hardware - specifically what was the prober measuring - What about the quality of the sound. We deserve given the investment a reasonable explanation that cannot be construed.
