It's either going to work or its not. Personally I hope it does.

If I were AKP, and I'd invested $40mio in a disruptive technology for 11yrs, and I was at the cusp of getting it to work and mass produce, I wouldn't be caring about asic rules of disclosure or shareholders for that matter. I'd be worrying about billion dollar corporations and the Chinese who would love nothing better than to reverse engineer akp's IP. Remember its hard to invent new technology but easier to copy it.

Case in point. The Allies invented the Atom bomb, it cost them billions and took them more than5 yrs of intensive multi-national effort (akin to apollo space program). The Russians stole the technology and reverse engineered it in half the time.

Don't be naive to think other companies are not watching this closely and are trying to copy / nut this technology out themselves. Its worth Billions of dollars if it comes off.

Please Fred, if you read this, don't tell the market, or shareholders sh*t, patent the hell out of everything, and lets get it done.
