I agree with what you're saying about them going to market with some patents still pending. However I think management are waiting until they have universal patent protection for all of their core technology.

I feel the hardware side is very near completion, and if they have to go to market with a few minor patents pending, and management are confident, I'm okay with that.

We really need more detail from management regarding the gap between actual and targeted acoustic performance, and whether patent protection is sufficient to go to market tomorrow, if development of the mems speaker chip is complete.
