This looks like the fundamental patent for the latest method of manufacture of the MEMS has just been granted its patent: 10433067.
That application has been pending for quite some time and going back and forth between AKP and the patent examiner.I think this is actually a pretty significant milestone! And I suspect that it is directly correlated to the timing of production and disclosure.
Maybe we should now be watching this space more avidly. Just a thought!
