I may be wrong but from memory this is the most "granular" time frame I have seen from AKP. "The last week of October" compared to the normally more nebulous "second half", "third quarter" etc. Let's see how accurate it turns out to be and all that, but to me this is a more specifically concrete statement than they have previously felt comfortable to make and I'm interpreting that quite positively. DYOR etc.
