Plenty of people seem to be a bit negative on this, when earlier many people requested that they should be informed when the wafers come in. They have come in, and we have been informed, even if it's a little later than we expected. There is nothing negative about this.

If you watch the above video from 9:40 onwards, Yuval will tell you exactly what they're doing. In short, they are testing each step in the fabrication process to find out what the tolerance levels are in each step. This will be a time-consuming process, but one which will tell them which processes need to be perfect, and which can handle a little variance.
