Guys i need a solicitor who deals in crypto i bought some coins...

Guys i need a solicitor who deals in crypto i bought some coins off Stellar exchange, 2 week later the coins went up in value, I went to send some to another address , but they froze my coins in my account on the exchange , i also sent millions back to coin issuer account , and coins also froze in that account so i couldnt send out , The dev of the company claimed they were stolen and sold cheap on the stellar exchange he offered to give me back what i paid , but at the time i thought they werent telling the truth i believed they made an error and sold them cheap. I also acsked for evidence but none was provided, The coins i sent back to my account with the coin issuer, were in my account for 1 year and recently they werent visable. Am i entitled to the coins?
