longest federal court case in history it feels. all for a pissy couple of pages without any real explanation ... unless they gave more to the company and they are only disclosing what they have to to us. waste of legal fees, which would have amounted to a lot more than what we are getting reimbursed. does anyone know if we used the lawyers who are on retainer with the company (ie the director?) another loss for Digitalx ... hopefully the ETF is a positive tomorrow.
