    It is hard to imagine that this Court case is going to be decided in a timely way when it has taken nearly two years to decide that Mr Karis has at least a prima facie case. We now have to go through discovery and amendments to claims etc, etc. This looks like it will drag on for quite some time and this Judge seems to be in no hurry.
