You say downloads should have skyrocketed.. Am I looking at a different graph to you in similar web?
The Rankings in the google play store HAVE skyrocketed. This can only be attributed to more people downloading the app. There is a direct correlation between ranking in the store and download numbers.
We only just cracked 5k downloads a few weeks ago.... That was without the stats on similar web skyrocketing.. Now with the stats skyrocketing I expect to see the downloads to go from 5-10 to the next bracket soon enough. I don't know what your expecting 5k downloads in a few weeks but that seems a but unattainable... I would say by early next month we will be sitting in the 10-15k downloads bracket going off the spike in rankings that we can see.
