As a potential DCC shareholder I have some questions/concerns about the current state of downloads of the AirPocket App.
My questions are based around the readily available statistics found on the following two websites someone previously referenced -

- For the month of September the average time spent on airpocket.com was just 2 seconds. This is barely enough time to find the download link let alone read what the app is about. How do you explain this?

- Additionally, during the month of September there was one new 4 or 5 star rating every single day on the Google Play Store. Not two, not zero but exactly one new rating per day. Does that not strike you as odd? Why have there been no new ratings since?

- In the DigitalX AirPocket Marketing Update dated 26 September 2016 how were you able to predict almost to the exact figure 5,000 downloads by the end of September yet you’ve made no predictions for the month of October or November?

- How do you explain the reviews on the Google Play Store? They all appear like gibberish. Why are there no well written reviews about the app? Why were reviews only left during the month of September?

- In the DigitalX AirPocket Marketing Update dated 26 September 2016 why was there no breakdown of downloads by device (i.e. Android vs. Apple)?
- During October how do you explain 70% of the traffic to aipocket.com is from Comoros, a small island in Africa? Considering you are targeting America and LATAM one would assume most of the traffic would be from these two regions.

- Can you provide a breakdown of the time between when the user downloaded the AirPocket app and then left a rating or review on the Google Play Store? One would assume the app would have been used prior to a new rating or review being made.
9. When comparing the statistics of AirPocket vs. Abra on both the Google Play Store and Similar Web it seems evident to me that the figures of AirPocket do not add up yet the statistics of Abra are 100% in line with the locations they are targeting and display more legitimate reviews. How do you explain this?

10. Are you willing to provide screenshots of your Analytics that offer more concrete and accurate information about the traffic sources and downloads of the AirPocket App to date? You have repeatedly made reference to marketing efforts being “ramped up” yet the above statistics and minimal amount of downloads would suggest otherwise.
Finally, it appears you hired The Spark Group
http://thesparkgroup.com/portfolio/airpocket/ to undertake the bulk of the marketing efforts. Based on your assessment of the above has this really been the best ROI?
