On the contrary, with 94% of mining processing power based in Western China I'd say the Chinese Government has a very strong position on regulating Bitcoin transfers.
As someone who owns crypto currency and has a strong interest in it, I'm intrigued by today's announcement, especially the part about BGL having a track record on advising Initial Coin Offerings. A very new way of raising serious and substantial capital quickly. While the ICO tokens could perhaps share profits with Shareholders, importantly Token Holders won't have legal ownership of the company and therefore won't benefit from overall increasing value of the company.
Just as an example. Aragon raised $25m US in 24 hours a couple of weeks ago. Brave Browser raised $35m in 25 minutes.
